Wait a little more before you buy. It's better to know the situation before you do an action. Just look the movement of stock exchange and try to study the market cap before you buy. Just wait don't push your self and think about it before you do.

Whenever somebody asks me if they should invest into a crypto-currency now or wait for it to do XYZ my answer is always buy and hold. it's a Timeless strategy especially in the current crypto Market that seems like you can't go wrong by just being a little patient with any currency that shows even a little potential.

That is to say you should only invest if you have the disposable income to do so, and if you do choose to invest you should consider it a loss immediately therefore any potential gain you do make on your original investment is a miracle... psychologically I find this approach to be far more effective but hey do what works for you.

Buy whenever you have the money.  It's impossible to time the market perfectly.  Waves in the long run is a great project.  Just don't single shot your buy if you're worried.  Save some money in case there is a dip.

You are right, better buy when bitcoin value goes down, because this is the right time to buy it and store it, because bitcoin value decreases. and just wait for the time to arrive to sell it, so you can get a satisfactory result from the sale.

Many coins has reach it's lowest point more than expected so yes it's time to buy. Take this opportunity to buy and give thanks to Chinese because without their recent implementations, I would have never bought my altcoins 4-5x lower than it's normal price.

Not all coins are down. There is still few of coins stable or even pumped in some occasions. Like anyone have said, buy when you need it and really sure about decision after that sell them if you are really sure you have got the profit (it's okay to reach higher goal, but it's much better to get profit regularly than get big jackpot once).

Buying waves is one great decision you have. Do not wait for any chinese decisions. It will just make your decisions dependent on them. That is exactly their plan. To manipulate and control the market. Just buy now so that the market will remain vibrant despite china.
