Hi all,
I,m totally new here and am looking for a little help from some more experienced Bitcoin/Blockchain users than myself,
Last night,I sent funds from my Blockchain wallet to a wallet address I was given by the vendor, after 3 confirmations on the blockchain I assumed the vendor would receive their funds but they did not.
Now,hours later,with multiple confirmations on the blockchain,the vendor still says no funds have arrived in their wallet,I'm totally confused here,I have sent Bitcoins to many different wallets in the past and have never run into this problem.I hope if I post the txid here,a person with the knowledge to look it up and check it out could shed some light on the issue for me,so here goes;

txid:bed5d7b809254fe066d1f913c3a409ff2107517d647e9a2f3ff1cc974b0cd445

Its now got 68 confirmations but the receiver still says no funds have arrived.

Please help

seems clear that 0.07442297 BTC was sent, but you'd have to verify the address you sent to.  Make sure the vendor owns the address you sent to.

Hi dude,
I really appreciate the reply, the wallet address I sent to is "1857fhkHStyLyrAgTuCMHvxkyuxoXegnvJ",which I copied and pasted when the vendor sent it to me so I'm pretty sure that is their wallet

If you're 100% sure your vendor sent the address 1857fhkHStyLyrAgTuCMHvxkyuxoXegnvJ and asked for a deposit of 0.0623586 AND you're sure you're the one that broadcasted transaction bed5d7b809254fe066d1f913c3a409ff2107517d647e9a2f3ff1cc974b0cd445 you payed your vendor... If he says he didn't receive funds, he's either lying or his wallet isn't synchronised properly

If you send them a screenshot where you show the email or website where they show their deposit address and the amount, and this link: https://blockchain.info/tx/bed5d7b809254fe066d1f913c3a409ff2107517d647e9a2f3ff1cc974b0cd445
it should be obvious to them that you payed your bill...

The fact that they told you they received other deposits later on as a proof their wallet is sync'ed is not your concern... It's up to them to sort out any wallet problems they might have. A screenshot of the page showing the deposit address and amount and a link to the transaction should be all proof you'd ever need...

The funds are sent and have several confirmations already. So if the address they had given you was correct then there's some error on their part. Just copy the transaction ID as the proofs that you sent it to their receiving address.
You don't have to worry the problem is on their side.

Thank you to all who replied, the issue has not yet been resolved even though I have attempted all your suggestions,I have requested that the vendor send me a screenshot of their wallet as proof that the funds didn't arrive,I don't know if that's a good idea or even if the vendor will be willing to do so,but I'm running out of ideas, grasping at straws now

I wouldn't have requested a screenshot... A screenshot from their side proofs nothing.
If you can proof that you've used the correct deposit address, and you can proof that the transaction you posted earlyer was created by you and you can proof that the sent value was equal to or bigger than the requested value, they don't have any reason not to send you your goods/services.

The fact they claim they received nothing is 100% their own problem. They gave you a deposit address and you can proof you funded this address. Period...
It doesn't matter if their wallet is not sync'ed, their SPV wallet is connected to a wrong server, they have a virus on their pc that made them send the wrong address,... It's 100% their problem and not yours.

The last 2 things you can do is open a scam accusation on this forum, or go to your local police office and make a formal complaint. If you open a scam accusation and post sufficient proof (screenshots, txid's, signed messages), you might be able to put some pressure on their organisation to solve your case, or otherwise they might risk losing business...

well, if in blockchain it shows that all confirmations are received and  your supplier says they got nothing - there are lying I guess
and best way is to warn them that because you have proofs of sending the money to their wallet and proofs that money arrives to destination and they continues to say they got nothing - you'll have no choice but take legal actions here

Like mocacinno said once you prove that you do nothing wrong like sending to wrong address, which is really impossible because it will depend on the address they gave which you only copy and paste when you send, it's either they are attempting to scam you, [1]denying that they don't receive the funds and [2]will request to send another amount which is a suspicious act.

I thin the man who deal with you is lying TXID is enough proof that you sent your bitcoin directly to their bitcoin address..
Just give the TXID as your proof to them like other said its not a problem in your side..
You are actually give them a proof that you sent including the screenshot of your transaction history i think much as a proof that you sent bitcoin to the address they give.

If every still reply none this vendor where you are dealing is lier..
Can you share with us who is him so that we can give us a negative trust if its proven that he is scamming.

Or you are deal outside of this forum it will be hard to punish him ..

So hows the transaction, I thought BTC has no more delays because of Segwit?
Segwit only increases the amount of transactions that may be included in a block. And it's only effective when there are more Segwit transactions.

As you can see at this page[1], only ~3.5% of all the transactions are sent from a Segwit address. This is happening because we are missing more implementations of the Segwit protocol at most major wallets, like Electrum or Mycelium. Only time will tell if those numbers will rise.

Read what Segwit really does: https://bitcoincore.org/en/2016/01/26/segwit-benefits/

Along with what everybody else is saying that either your vendor is trying to scam you or it is possible that when you copied the address that you got a different address than what the vendor usually has. It's a type of malware that could be on your box where a spoof address is put in place of the vendors valid one in the hope that the person just copies and pastes the address without looking to make sure that it is the correct one. Talk with the vendor and ask to make sure that you have the correct address from what he gives you. If different check your box/browser to ensure you don't have any bugs that could've messed with the transaction.

Best solution: try to copy the address again and paste it on a notepad that runs on your machine. Symbols can be spoofed too using unicode to hide it in plain sight since your browser uses some kind of encoding that makes some characters and symbols appear as if they're normal letters. Screenshot won't do the trick as it can't convey what I'm talking about and it would just display the fake address in plain sight.
