it will be a technology that can read people's mind and make their thinking known all around. This would have gone a long way to decrease the rate of crime and other bad activities.

How can I contribute? I'll make a solid & original technology that will stop the rising ICO's in every part of the world. It's getting toxic each day for the crypto community.

Thats completely not true. Evolving is not a inherent property of technology. People make it and develop it.
