this is actually a very good idea, and a very smart marketing strategy, but with little information gained, investors would be hesitant to join this project, I think real estate projects should have a lot of information, especially a very important roadmap

Very little information and the idea is just plain dumb.  Rent an appartment for 1 token?  Any appartment? So you pay the same thing if you rent a shack and if you rent a penthouse?  makes no sense
