Is ISIS and the Marawe rebels are the same?  Same by religion.

Whatever they may say, religion has a part to play in it. Remember, the Philippines is a multi-ethnic country. They are having squabbles even about the language to use. But are you seeing any of those groups wanting to secede? No. It's just the Muslims, who now dub themselves "Moro" to avoid using "Muslim". Ironically these Muslim groups are never united anyway, usually warring against themselves (different ethnicities). "Moro" is also just a blanket term the Spanish used to refer to them, hence meaning "Muslim".

the war in marawi was done by MAUTE GROUP.. the leader of this group are the MAUTE brothers which was a member of ISIS that created by CIA USA..
then a war and misunderstanding was erupted between ISIS and USA because of the PIPE line that the USA want .. then the USA pull their support to the ISIS because leaders of ISIS dont want the idea of USA then the MAUTE brothers went back to Philippines because they are not  having their salaries anymore .. the OPPOSITION in the philippines paid those maute brothers to start war at marawi just to destroy the government !!

The rebels in Marawi (known as the Maute group) are affiliated to the ISIS. So we can say that their purpose is the same (i.e to establish an Islamic Caliphate in Southern Philippines). What the Spaniards did many hundreds of years ago can't be used to justify the current crimes of the ISIS. Times have changed. Only the religion of Islam has remained unreformed.

Unlike the people belonging to the other religions, those who believe in Islam are more likely to get attracted to radical propaganda and get recruited in to various terrorist organisations such as the Maute and the ISIS. The reasons are known to everyone, such as opposition to western-style education, indoctrination by the clerics.etc.

ISIS have openly declared that the terrorists fighting at the city of Marawi are affiliated with them.i believe that since ISIS saw that their territories in the middle east was dwindling, they decided to find new ones where they can occupy. The Muslims are repeating what the Christians did in the dark ages but they didn't do that to this extent.

I am not sure about the political interference behind the rise of the Maute. I don't think that any of the mainstream politicians will be that stupid to support the Maute. It can end their political career and send them behind bars. But there is a small chance that opponents of Duterte are supporting the Maute, in order to create instability under his rein.

Yeah they're the same. The marawi rebels have openly projected their support for isis and their advocacy. Though these are muslims killing other muslims as well. Terrorists are beyond religion, reason and logic. They have a singleminded goal of sowing fear and terror through inhuman activities

First of all, its not "Marawi" its "Maute". Marawi is a city in the philippines in the mindanao region that is being invaded by maute. So, going back to your question. I think maute and ISIS are the same in terms of their goal and it is to kill and invoke chaos.

Seems they do have a following in the cyber world a lot of what they do is webside hacking and posting propagana on the sites they hack. I do however think that they could start to pose a serious threath in the future or if they get there hands of some nasty code then they could do some  real damage.

They are linked to each other as some news says that some marawe raises the flag of ISIS on the combat in mindanao philippines. But I know myself they are not really doing it for religion hence they are doing it for their own.

The ISIS in Marawi may be killing Muslims. But they are not being killed because they are Muslims. That is the big difference which you are ignoring. On the other hand, the ISIS is selectively targeting Christians and other minorities for their killing. They are being forced to convert to Islam, and if they refuse they are being beheaded.
