Unique Opportunity in USA Real estate. Last land-lot around this zip code.

According to Forbes, Orlando is No. 2 in the country, in its ranking of the country's fastest-growing metropolitan cities and also is No. 3 in the whole USA as best place for job growth until 2020. Do your own research about Orlando FL real state market and you will find out!

This is your last chance to build your home or hold scarce Land-Lot in the Hidden Cove states. It's a family-friendly community is located near the 417 toll road, Hwy 436, parks, shopping and much more. The location is perfect -- quiet and serene yet close to everything you need. This lot is ready for your custom home. It is zoned for Winter Park High School which is one of the best schools around Orlando. Why buy and remodel when you can do it right the first time. You can also be a mid-long term investor and hold this Lot to be imune against US Inflation and diversify your cryptocurrencies investments.

Every time a block is mined, a certain amount of BTC (called the subsidy) is created out of thin air and given to the miner. The subsidy halves every four years and will reach 0 in about 130 years.

The rovchris account is a hacked account.

It was mine I have sent a signed message to the mods (theymos) to claim it back.

What a scam!  You can't even write 'real estate' correctly.
Better lock this thread and stop trying to peddle real estate
that you have no title to.  As much as the concept of property
for bitcoin might appeal to people, I'm fairly certain it's not
yet a reality except in a very small number of cases.

Stfu dude. Stop saying things that you don't know.
Sorry for the "real estate". But I'm not a SCAM and I'm the land-lord. You can make contact by Zillow Ad I'll reply it by there and confirm that I put up this thread here.

If you don't wanna put up a offer or something just get out of here.

Unfortunately, the situation has become such that people who get paid for their signature just go to random threads and yell "scam" to get paid at the expense of other people.  I mean, it's easy enough to avoid getting scammed in this situation by using escrow, so I'm not sure why some people feel a need to throw out baseless accusations.

Exactly. It's so easy to check if this ad is SCAM or not. I'm not even a realtor or broker. I'm the owner of the property and they can easily go to Zillow Ad or Volusia County Records and check this out. Many many ways to avoid getting scammed. Like you said, they also can use Escrow.

What I can not understand is people from the bitcoin community come to accuse a legitimate real estate advertisement just because I wrote "real estate" wrong. They should be encouraging and praising me because I'm accepting Bitcoin in exchange of a property. Sometimes what detracts Bitcoin's image is Bitcoin's own community.

Scam alert.

Why don't you go to Zillow Ad Link and ask the home owner if he'll accept Bitcoin in stead of come here and say bullshit?
Get a life dude.
