I don't suggest doing that. You could be a easy target for scams.

Try using a VPN. It's something that masks your IP address to a non-US IP.

NOTE: If you're gonna use a free VPN, internet speeds are going to be significantly slower. My suggestion is to only turn on the VPN when creating/depositing in the ICO website.

This kind of people are target of scammers. Stop offering your self to give others to do money matters in your behalf. Do not just trust someone. BE WISE. Internet is full of thieves. Just saying.

i think OP should know about VPN or something like that,
but he's asking for someone from US to do this,
which mean to participate in the ICOs you need to verify yourself using your documents to pass it.
(based on his statement 'who can pass the KYC[Know Your Costumer])

how about open up the thread in the Service Board mate ?
because you need someone to do the job and profit shares from it.
