True. Would rather see them do that than show adds or popups.
Well no ! At least tell the visitors what they're doing and let them have the option to like toogle it on and off.
Exploiting and using people's cpus isn't acceptable under any measures.
Can someone explain how this goes ? How is a website able to use someone's cpu that easy ? How can they use the browser to get more cpu usage ? It just doesn't get through my mind.
AND if they were able to do it, I'm sure hundreds if not thousands of websites will be able too in the coming days. There must be a solution to this. I'd really love to get a technical reply to how they did it.
