I don't understand these coins that are supposedly for the purpose of "maintaining" an economy or to go shopping with.
We can do this with every coin out there?

It is the first time that I have heard about this coin and for that reason I have read through the links on the OP and also the link given by someone in the comments above and I conclude that it is yet another scam coin. Why does cryptoworld need another coin which is supposedly to be used for trading and use to pay everyday? Everyone will rather use bitcoin for payments everyday or another altcoin. The same reason applies for the former reason so it is obviously a scam.
