There is also:
https://www.tokendata.io/
https://www.coindesk.com/ico-tracker/

But the problem with all of these lists is that they are hand picked. So they don't include all the ICOs available and there is also a human judgement involved.

For example we've just launched the new SHIT token ICO  https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2174052.0 It's super fun project that doesn't promise to separate you for your money, but none of these lists include it.

SHIT token. Listed on exchange! Free airdrops. 999 Trillion tokens.

I use https://tokenmarket.net/ico-calendar.  It's simple and neat compared to others, and gives the websites for each coin.  Only thing it's missing is the coin's bitcointalk announcement thread- hope they add that.

Cryptocompare, Icolist, Icotracker, smothandcrown, tokenmarket, coinschedule and thre are more sites that already provided the service that you are looking for that and as far as i understand there are some that actively updating the site.

icobench.com and icostats.com are two more sites to add to the list!
icobench.com has a 1- 5 point rating for most icos too that is nice.

There's ICOWatch and others, but personally i think that reading the altcoin announcement board on this forum is probably the best and the easiest way to find upcoming ICOs. They also have discussion of the coin that you can participate in as well.

Here's the board: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=159.0

However, make sure you weed out the scams from the rest. I only look at ones that have more than 10 pages of replies.
