I think ASCH (XAS) is DPOS, but you need some chinese contacts to get the money out . I would love to invest

Dpos project which good to invest to is Boscoin, they did not launch their main net, they willlaunch their token net in c++ at the end of this month and launch main net in D at 2018, boscoin ico sold out in one day and has rise $15 million. now you can buy IOU at hitbtc but the price is more expensive then ico price.

What about oxy? it seems like a Dpos technology and this time the project are still running the crowdsale which raised one thousand of bitcoin. But a lot of the Dpos coin in this time like what already written above me.

I am very new in DPoS technology and my pockets are not deep ... So, i'm interested in investing into ARK but i need some info :

Do i need to vote only one time for only one pool in the top 51 in order to have the ability to generate coins with my stake ?
What is the "minimum" amount of coins i need for having a real rentability and avoid too much fees in comparison to my small assets ?
Is it worth it to invest only a few dozens $ into ARK to experiment DPoS technology and not losing money into fees ?
