Help with rx 470 samsung bios lower hashrate

hello, i bought some of msi armor rx 470 4gb oc cardes it came out from the box with 22mh and when i tried to bios mod it, it stays the same i copied 1500 starps
after moding i have the same hash which is 22mh

Now that you changed the straps you need to OC the memory. Download Afterburner and move the memory to about 1950. If it doesn't crashes after mining for a few minutes bump it higher. Your best results will be between 1950-2150.
Also make sure you are not dual mining. If you are set intensity to about 15.

i have tried that i get 25mh, i see people getting 29mh it's weird bios modding my card make it stays the same and when i over clock it it goes to 25mh not 29mh or 28mh

I modded mine up to 23 not more, then the hashrate has been decreased slightly through the time because the EPOCH has been increased and affected directly the hash rate!

I have seen that some guys play also with voltage, undervoltage and so on but I'm afraid to do that, but I have "modded" the fan speed which i set up in claymore manually.

Are you using the AMD blockchain driver? you can't get very fast speed without it.

If you have the Samsung memory, like the OP does, make sure you use the August-23 AMD Blockchain drivers.

If you are using that and you have OC-ed the memstraps of your card to use 1500 (also don't forget to decrease voltage) the only thing left to do will be to overclock your memory. For my rx 470s i've found that its safe to OC memory up to and between 1950 and 2000. With this, I get at least 26 MH hash rate.
