Missing deposit in POLONIEX (NAV COIN RECEVED ON 30/09/2017)

last month i've deposited 3800 NAVCOIN from navcore to POLONIEX, but they did not arrived, it's seem to be disappeared (but in blockchain it was ok!!)!!!

I've opened a ticket but don't reply yet.

there some possibility to recover my NAVCOIN or... they will be missed for ever??

Can you post the transaction id link to the Navcoin explorer? use this website: https://chainz.cryptoid.info/nav/ then post your transaction here just to be sure.

In case you didn't screw up on your end, create another ticket and keep demanding your coins, and also go on Reddit and accuse them of scammers. When you create social pressure they will get their shit together and look at your case.

Im willing to help but first you have to be sure that you didn't screw up yourself.

This thread should also be moved the service discussion so other people can see it. Look where you post a thread next time buddy.

If you are 100% positive that you did not screw up by transferring your coins a faulty address, than there is nothing you can do but to open tickets on polo to try and get it in your wallet.

I see, this transaction was legit and it has really been transferred and confirmed.
The best thing to do now is send support ticket together with a pressure and as being suggested above make some accusations on REDDIT for sure they would really look into your case. The thing said above is definitely the reality on them which they do react on someones issue if it already calls attention into the public.

It looks like this coin rised up in this month. So you need to demand from Polo as much as you can!

How we can know that this wallet NStE2s67z6KHM7ARiZKxRfcHvG9uuxiNgM is exactly Polo wallet?
I tried to deposit in my Poloniex account and they giving me another wallet (it is ok).

But then you send it back (or somebody): 2017-08-28 19:08:00   - 3,800.0 NAV

So that means no coins in you account. Somebody sent it away.
Maybe your account Polo is hacked.

I was always surprised on how many coins Poloniex offer to trade in their website, even the most obscure ones.

Maybe they're not hiring enough people to handle this, which justifies recent support problems.

my poloniex account it's not been hacked because in history there's no this deposit (and there no withraw)

so, yesterday i've trued to deposit 1 nav coin (0.999 without fees, there's another problem, in history is show 1 nav coin deposit, but in wallet there is not show.)
