I am looking for a professional platform to day trade / swing trade bitcoin on. Not interested in retail piker platforms like kraken, bittrex, or poloniex. If anyone knows of any could you please let me know?

Not sure what you mean by "retail piker platforms" but,
maybe Coinigy would be a good answer ? Never used it...

What are you missing from platforms such as Kraken?

There's still Bitstamp and Bitfinex for example, but both play in about the same league as the ones you mentioned. The latter has been eyed more critically lately due to their disconnect from the traditional banking system however.

What is the different between those you mentioned above actually ?
and so called professional trading platforms?
Let me tell you something,Kraken,Bittrex never get hacked by others people before,
unlike Bitstamp,Bitfinex which is hacked and lost a million dollars(if i remember it correctly).
i do not recommend doing trade in Poloniex,they are doing a shady activity.
how about Binance.com ? it's another international platform

Note : Are you talking about an exchanger focused on Bitcoin and Fiat pair ?
if you are looking for this,i can say that you will never find it.t
they are always listing Bitcoin,Litecoin and Ethereum.
unless you're searching in the Broker not an exchanger

I don't understand whats about you are asking?? I know some people who are daily trader and also they are using bittrex  and poloniex. what problem you are faced with those site/exchange?
