Many ICOs nowdays became greedy and looking for $millions of $millions, some success some fail.

I have stopped looking into big cap ICOs and wont support those communities no more.

Do you have a suggestion for an ICO with small cap? from $100k to $5m ? can be lil bit higher if there is a very good product/staff.

$5M is not a small ICO. This is one very serious amount for most of the plans, especially if it's considered as 1st investment only.

But in general I'm not a fan of the small 100K ICOs. Because if you can't find 100K for your idea from your own budget, peope around you or credit, than your idea sucks. And with 100K you can't pay even a single good developer 1y salary.

Do try to analyze this, Metros! EventChain ICO is ongoing. This is for a total of 2 weeks and divided into 3 phases. We are now in the 2nd phase with 50% sold out. The total tokens offered will be 54.6 million and 65% is offered in the ICO. Here's how the pricing is done during ICO:

Number of EVC/ETH
Phase-1 Token Sale 1,140
Phase-2 Token Sale 920
Phase-3 Token Sale 800

You will not regret taking part of this ICO!

if a project icon fails token sales have not reached the maximum target, certainly the project will not be able to pay the bounty hunters, if softcap met ico said successful
