First of all you don't need to photograph your computer screen. You can take a picture of it using the print screen button on your keyboard. That'll copy a screenshot to the clipboard and you can then paste that into an image editor, save it and upload it.

So what happens when you try to restore the old 2fa wallet? Do you get an error message? How many words are there in the seed of this old wallet? What version of electrum did you use to create this wallet?

Thanks @Abdussamad

When I try to restore the old 2fa wallet, there is no warning or error message, after do that, no send/receive history and no banlace found( in fact there are several BTCs in it)
there are 12 words in the seed of this old wallet, and I am sure seed is right for I just copy and paste them
I forget which version I used to create this wallet, but it is in near Jan 2017, 9 months ago I created it.

Are the addresses on the addresses tab familiar ones?

When restoring did you make sure to select 2 factor authentication when asked what kind of wallet it was?

If you typed the seed in and you see 0 transactions and no history... then that seed is not for the wallet you think it is for. If the seed was "invalid" Electrum would not enable the "next" button and you would not be able to create the wallet.

Do you have a record of any addresses that were originally in that "wallet_12345" wallet that was created 1 year ago? If you look at the addresses that are in it now, are they they same or are they strange addresses that you don't recognise?

When restoring did you make sure to select 2 factor authentication when asked what kind of wallet it was?
Electrum autodetects 2FA seeds (even if you select "standard wallet")... and will still generate it as a 2FA wallet.

I'm thinking he may have 12 out of 24 words of the old 2fa seed mnemonic and he's restored the wallet as a standard wallet. Not sure whether that is possible but I want to rule it out anyway by asking him this question.

@zjt did you write down the 12 words seed of the old wallet during the wallet creation process or did you get them later from wallet menu > seed?

I am a little confused, accoring to your words, if the 12 words seed is invalid I should can not click next button, but I can and cannot get any history and balance

Do you have a record of any addresses that were originally in that "wallet_12345" wallet that was created 1 year ago? If you look at the addresses that are in it now, are they they same or are they strange addresses that you don't recognise?

I cannot see any address on "wallet_12345" after finish restore

@zjt did you write down the 12 words seed of the old wallet during the wallet creation process or did you get them later from wallet menu > seed?

I am sure I record 12 words seed when I am creating wallet, I copy it to my txtfile and use it to restore now.
Should I try an old version wallet to try to restore it? by now I use version 2.9.3

I am a little confused, accoring to your words, if the 12 words seed is invalid I should can not click next button, but I can and cannot get any history and balance
Then you have a "valid" seed mnemonic (12 words)... Unfortunately, it would appear that the mnemonic you have is not the one for the wallet you are attempting to regenerate... so it is generating an empty wallet Undecided

I cannot see any address on "wallet_12345" after finish restore
So you see nothing on the addresses tab? Huh Try clicking the '>' symbol next to where it says "Receiving"... it should show you the list of pregenerated addresses.

I am sure I record 12 words seed when I am creating wallet, I copy it to my txtfile and use it to restore now.
It seems like you've copied the wrong seed... there is a "quirk" in Electrum... where if you start to create a new wallet -> Standard Wallet -> Create a new seed... and then on the "Confirm Seed" window, if you click back, and go back to the window where the seed is originally displayed, the application will actually generate a completely new seed!

So perhaps you've copied and saved a seed, but then go ahead and created the wallet with a different seed...
OR
You've actually been using a different wallet all along, thinking that you had the seed saved, but it was for a different wallet Undecided

Open your old wallet, go tools menu > network, uncheck "select server automatically", go to servers tab, find electrum.no-ip.org in the list of servers, right click on it and choose use this server. Now I understand your interface is in chinese so this might be hard to follow but the idea is basically to choose a different electrum server.

Next do a restore of your old wallet from seed again. Go to file menu > new/restore to begin the process. In the first step it'll ask for a filename for your new wallet file so give it that.

The reason I'm asking you to do a restore again is because you should have addresses on the addresses. Even if the seed is not for the wallet in question there should definitely be addresses on the addresses tab. The addresses tab is the last tab in that picture you posted in the first post.

@Abdussamad @HCP
it is the first time i use electrum on Jan 6, 2017, and I saved my seed, and never generate other wallet, so it is the only wallet i use with electrum
and it is the right address because it can displayed as 2FA when I input all 12 words.
so it the right address and only address, I cannot imagine which step is wrong, please help me.

But I have wallet.dat file and I can do transfer normally because I can get correct 2FA code.
And I have transfer all my bitcoins to another wallet, but About BCC, because I cannot restore my wallet without correct 2FA seed, so it is very sad for my, because I will lost my several hundred BCC, please give me some addvice , thanks.

I mean I have wallet.dat and 2FA code, it should be resonable to disable 2FA with 2FA code and wallet.dat
