received mine hashing happily

hints for win7
install
http://sourceforge.net/projects/libwdi/files/zadig/
then
http://www.silabs.com/products/mcu/Pages/USBtoUARTBridgeVCPDrivers.aspx
find the com port in device manager
run cgminer
cgminer-nogpu.exe --icarus-options 115200:1:1 --icarus-timing 3.0=100 -S COMx(<--here) -o pool:1337 -u user -p password
