I want to start a free web hosting service for Chinese,
I have past experience in free web hosting, i know how to do it,
The partner Must have at least 8 hours a day, to work with me on making the website, content etc.. and also for Promotion.
You do not have to know how to code..

We will earn from Ads, that will be on the websites that we will host,
We will start with 1 server, so the investment is not big,

There's no such free web hosting service in China. Thats not because chinese are stupid enough not to recognize the business potential. It's just not feasible in China.
