The project's introduction was launched about one months ago and lack of activity kept it away. There are other two weeks for ICO to take off that is good to see we have one more real estate business based project. All previous projects saw huge response of investors.

What is soft and hard caps?
There is no minimum amount, ICO will show whether the community is ready for such serious changes in the usual sphere. In the worst case scenario we will implement the project at our own expense. |

Who has made anything after the ICO? We thought it over from the beginning. For example our token sale scheme is calculated mathematically (Fibonacci sequence). |

Why was the Fibonacci algorithm chosen for ECF sales structure?
ECF token sale scheme is calculated mathematically. Having such a distribution - it does not matter what stage the sale will end, since the final price of the token will be minimally different from the price of the last token sold.

Elementary Capical Foundation (ECF) sales scheme is built in such a way that those who buy tokens are the first to receive them at a lower price.
In this case, thanks to the Fibonacci sequence, wherever the process of selling the tokens stops, tokens will be hedged by real estate and the hedged price will be close to the last selling price. That means minimal risk for investors despite the huge increase in price.
Example:
ICO finished at a price of 15 USD per token.
In fact, the token will be hedged by real estate at ~13.5 USD
Note that any token owner can exchange his tokens for real estate.
If case the price falls below the hedged price, it is logical to assume that the tokens will be bought up, since their real value is higher than the market value.
We chose real estate because this asset will ensure the stability and sustainability of the system at the first stage. But the main driver of growth will be a platform for blockchain real estate transactions (see airbnb with X 30,000 growth).

I hope your project is a good development project, why I say like this, because there are too many projects with bad development and many fail, so many of the investors are more interested in trading directly in the market exchange than to follow the various kind of ICO that will not work. My advice if you develop a crypto-based project, do not promise too much. just go forward. I hope this project will be different from the other and make a succesfull
