@Liqui staff : I am still waiting for you to refund my BTC. Ticket #9993 opened Aug 22, 2017 - NO SUPPORT - NO RESPONSE
You have basically stolen my BTC. I know there are many others that have the same issue.
Bitcoin mining is now a specialized and very risky industry, just like gold mining. Amateur miners are unlikely to make much money, and may even lose money. Bitcoin is much more than just mining, though!

Its better for you to keep emailing them or go to their official service announcement thread here in the forum. Another way to get their attention is leave a comment in their Twitter account here its more public.

if you have asked for btc withdrawals, they delay the same by 2-3 days while earlier it used to be automatically sent to the btc address. They don't reply on the forum as well as their support tickets but your problem should be solved within 2-3 days. You can send them a message on their telegram too as they read it as well.

I had a failed withdrawal that occurred on Aug 22, because liqui network was to slow. 6.7 BTC's were returned to liqui on Sept 6, but they still have not been placed into my liqui wallet.  No response from Liqui Support. Any assistance in returning my BTC is appreciated. Ticket # 9993

Has anyone received any support from Liqui lately? It seems like they have been just ignoring everyone's ticket in the past month and aren't looking to help at all.

I recently sent 4 ETH from Liqui and got a transaction error that is is out of gas and the transaction was cancelled. The ETH should be back in Liqui's balance but they aren't crediting me back similar to your situation.

Ticket number #13159

It has been over a month and no response at all. Unfortunate, they could have been a legit exchange. #ticket9993

Have you tried to DM them on twitter?

If this accusation is true and they have indeed ignored your tickets for over a month then this is unacceptable. I mean they are clearly still adding new coins to the exchange(they've only recently added Kyber Network Tokens to their exchange).

But they've been running for quite a while now. Just keep trying to reach them, whatever way possible.

You can't DM them on twitter, only leave comments or tweet at them directly. But just look at their most recent posts and see how many people are trying to reach out but they are simply outright ignoring them.

I've read that their support used to be good but now it looks like they are just holding onto user funds with no intention of giving it back. The team is probably only responding to teams to get their coins listed cause money talks. They actively post on the forums about new coins being added but ignore everyone else.

I've only had my ticket open for 3 days while others have been waiting over a month. It's down right theft and is a probably easily solved on their end.

Anyone know a good Ukrainian lawyer? I agree, they have no intention of dealing with refund issues and will keep your coins.

Liqui rep here at bitcointalk last online date was September 2017. They also don’t reply to support tickets at all.

I have a bitcoin withdrawal that was stuck in “processing” status for two weeks now. I hope I can still get it. 🤦‍♀️

Sunday 17 dec i made a withdrawal now it is nearly 2 days i didnt got my btc. They dont response! What i have to do? Im very frustrated!

I'm not sure what the others did here. It seems like that they are targeting certain users, aka selectively scamming people or delaying, since personally i have not experienced any issues yet with liqui but others are screaming scam every single day.

If they are ignoring your support request then there is nothing you can do really, unless you take legal action which will take a long time, cost a lot of money and in the end might not even pay off because you're in a different country.

Maybe reach out to them on social media? Usually exchanges are a lot more responsive on social media since everyone can see whats happening.

How do you find out how much BTC is remaining in your Liqui.io account after buying coins?
