Hello, joined the twitter company. Where is a spreadsheets?

I have two questions for bounty campaign manager.
1. I hope you are checking facebook and twitter accounts if they are legit and friends and followers are real. Because you can buy 1000 twitter followers for 1 or 2 $. But those followers are obviously fake so you shouldn't have trouble recognising them. I share facebook posts on my personal account with my friends and even family on the friend list and it wouldn't be fair if people could earn ROCK tokens on fake accounts.
2. Is there a maximum number of people who can join bounty campaign? There is already a huge number of participants and this means a lot of ROCK tokens that you will need to pay. Just checking, I don't want that you run out of tokens
