You can always start with Localbitcoins in your area. You will have an idea as to how bitcoin is priced in your area. Then look for a bitcoin atm operator to hasten your plan to pay your people with Bitcoins. While the learning curve maybe steep but you should research more about this area of concern because haste makes waste. Take it slow.Learn more. Then implement your vision.

Since you have an idea what your hourly charge in your local currency is, get a Bitcoin calculator and do your calculation there. Many local currencies of the world are displayed on it and you can get the calculator fom the Google playstore if you use an Android phone.

You can check the very latest bitcoin price on COINMARKETCAP.COM you can select the currency you use, dollar, euro, pound and calculate it that way. Currently £2870.31 so for £100 you could ask for 0.035 bitcoin. You can use your phone calculator, £100 divided by the bitcoin price £2870.31, very easy

You can accept Bitcoin for your business using BitPay, which is probably the most trusted Bitcoin payment provider and is very easy to setup.
You can embed the payment gateway to your website, or have someone pay you physically by generating a QR code on your phone through the BitPay app that the customer then scans and pays.

BitPay is what most large companies such as Valve (for Steam) use.
