Please excuse my ignorance but for me there is solo mining and pool mining so far.
So how does it work solo mining on a pool.
Do I get paid (block reward - pool fee) every time I find a block ?

I have been mining on this pool for over 6 days in a row with a speed of 60kh/s and I haven't found a single block, that makes me think I'm the unluckiest guy on earth or this pool is SCAM.

Tested this Pool 11 hours with 7 cards 2k sols no blocks found yesterday
Love my BTCZ however, this doesn't seem legit.
