Since everyone else is trying to monetize on this alt coin thing..  Why not.  Especially since I can't run poolz for every coin!!  Let me use my experience of trial and error so you don't need to.

For 40 LTC or 1 BTC (todays current exchange) I will setup a basic mmcFE/Stratum mining pool.

Service includes:
- mmcFE setup on Ubuntu. (Web frontend)
- mySQL setup on Ubuntu. (Database that keeps all the info)
- Stratum setup on Ubuntu. (Used for low stale mining)
- Install all prerequisites. (Lots of them)
- Setup basic firewall for security.
- A basic and functioning PPLNS pool.
- 1-3 day deployment.
- Basic documentation to run the pool.

Requirements:
You should have basic knowledge of terminal and HTML/PHP
Your own Ubuntu 12.04 server (I know some good providers)
DDoS protection recommended
You need to actively maintain it!

I will not...
Run your pool for you.
Hold your hand support wise.
Guarantee the security of your pool.
Customize the HTML or PHP.
Fix known bugs in mmcFE and Stratum.

Extras:
Pushpool setup: +10LTC
Rush service: Double the price

To be clear, this is not a p2pool and I am not selling any software.  I am just selling my services.

You can see pool examples in my sig.  PM me to setup a deployment.

I am interested in whether this pushpool of yours even supports Stratum. Pushpool by default doesn't, I've been thinking of implementing it, but the specifications are a bit lacking.

Pushpool and stratum are two separate services. Or, did I miss your question.
