I just downloaded simplemining and installed on usb

when I am trying to boot from my Asus z270-A I am getting the below error:

error: incompatible license.
entering rescue mode ...
grup rescue>

I tried booting it from my laptop and it is working ok the error occurs when booting from my mining motherboard.
I have installed the latest bios

I have seen this before.  It is your USB drive.  Try a different brand.

I was using a kingston 32gb usb, I tried it on a same model one but had same issue.

Tried as suggested (Freecom 16gb) and worked perfectly.
