This person must be a very funny type (a clown maybe). How do you think people will agree to sell bitcoin to you? You have a reason for not buying through LocalBitcoins; did they ban you for criminal reasons? I guess so. Because LocalBitcoins is the safest place for buying.and selling of BTC.

OP - You are just a newbie and want to deal in cash itself is not perfect. This is the wrong section you posted as you need to write in English here or post in you local language section. Also ideally people will trade only on trusted account holders here or will trade at LBC site where you can get escrow as well and trade with only reputed members of the community.
