bitfinex SUPPORT NOT WORKING

one of my friend send me 43 san token from bitfinex. also im using bitfinex and transaction get confirmed. but nothing seen on my bitfinex wallet. i opened support ticket 7 days past and they are not responding also they are telling dont open more support tickets in same issue. here is the blockchain info

so if you need support from bitfinex no one can help you at least 1 week i will be update the situation if they resolved. So we have an idea about how their support works. currency market too volatile and if you have such a situation you can lost lots of money. think twice before

Bitfinex already experienced lots of technical problems in the past. That's the reason also why I don't used anymore this platform and began switchinh to others.

I suggest not to bump tickets but create a new one. It's not an assurance that it's best to have a new and fresh ticket everytime. See if it can evade the issue of not opening more tickets with the same issue.

I have heard lots of horror stories about bitfinex and poloniex already. Lots of threads here  and social media posts say almost the same things about these two. I just hope you get your coins and get that issue resolved. Because i know how it feels to lose money. But for me, I will stick with bittrex instead of bitfinex and poloniex. I don't wanna risk any coin in my possession. I work hard to earn and save. Not to lose. I hope you learn from what happened to you and hope that your story would be an eye opener for a lot of people here. Thanks for sharing and goodluck getting your coins. Cheers.

Have your issue been solved? I have the same problem with the withdraw on Bitfinex, they just blocked my account and i do not know what to do, customer support is not answering.

May be you know who can help with the issue?
