I would know if the 17th of February is the last date to keep signature in my profile or I have to maintain it still a date not yet disclosed?
Furthermore, the tokens will be sent once ended pre sale or we have to wait end of public sale?

I have not well understood. It seems that I can change my signature the 17th considering the end of nine reporting period.
Further question is: is foreseen a period more to keep signature till the end of public sale?

Week 1: 19/01 - 27/01
Week 2: 28/01 - 03/02
Week 3: 04/02 - 10/02
Week 4: 11/02 - 17/02
Week 5: 18/02 - 24/02
Week 6: 25/02 - 03/03
Week 7: 04/03 - 10/03
Week 8: 11/03 - 17/03
Week 9: 18/03 - 22/03
there are nine of them. the last reporting period will end on March 22.
signature, avatar and personal text must be kept until the stakes have been calculated after the end of the campaign (allow around a week for these calculations)
if you change or delete the signature before this time, then do not get your coins.
