Still, there is a downfall in the market because the value of Bitcoin is kept reducing and it is going to effect on all other coins. Maybe to recover it will take time because this year Blockchain industry faced lot challenges with the government and big countries like China. Yes, buying altcoin the best time is when there is the dip in the market.

Well I believe it is actually the right time to buy altcoin when the market value. There is no point to wait for any further decline in the market value of most of the top altcoin. This is because, one expectation maybe dash when our expectation fail to come to reality.

Be patient. The market is suffering a correction, and it will keep falling. IMO I would wait till the end of September.
And I guess we will see another big drop in november with the btc fork.

If the price drops drastically then this is the right time to buy altcoin, but you have to be careful, do not be fooled by the price down! if you already feel confident, then that's the right time ..

                        If you feel like you want to buy some, then you can have some entries by that prices, and as far as I am concern there is no specific date or time given for you to buy some alts. A tip from someone who taught me before, you can start reading charts and those candlesticks if you have time, try to analyze those, and then try to find some good entry point of a certain alternate coin.

When you see dumps of prices then its really the best time to buy or go shopping with alts as of now but be careful on the coins you would able to choose from because not all alts would tend to recover after a certain decrease of its price.This is really a hard part on most investors or even on traders too which we wont know on what would be the best coin to choose from this is why we should choose carefully not just carelessly picking up without any basis.Mostly i do choose on those coins who are on top spots and also to those coins on which i do hear some news regarding on its further development because it really works for me specially on short tradings.

No one can guess the last point of downfall of market but it is really good time to put 50% of your funds in altcoins as many altcoins dropped a bit, but still market can drop some more. Wait for that and put balance funds at next drop. This way, you average out your purchasing and get better profit due to averaging of price.

when I look the prices of alts is under the ico price and I would definitely buy, I thought it was the right time to buy. but you also have to look at some of the potential and not indiscriminate. at a minimum you should also be able to see the chart, is still in a downward trend or increased.

if you want to buy altcoin, make sure you can analyze the coins, don't use buy instan but place an order to buy and if the price is going down again, you can cancel your order to move into low price. make sure you pick the right coins after you selecting and watch the trend of the coins before you decide to buy.

When on Dip: then buy What ? (buy Some that already got high and stable or buy Some that has not got high ?)

After Buying, price continue to drop: then do What ? (hold or sell ?)

After Buying, price go higher: then do What ? (hold or sell ?)

Perhaps this is the right time to buy because the price of altcoin ethereum are weakened on the numbers of surviving $260 and $3500 numbers in the bitcoin otherwise of course we will miss the opportunity that will never come back again because it may be the beginning of this month would be the best news for early altcoin and bitcoin then it's a good step to go into the future that is cheerful and happy

The most important thing is to know when you have to take your profit... dont be greedy... holding is ok, but you have to take your profit or it will always stay as illusionnal profit.
