It's time to buy because all coins are in red and dropping continuously, wait for one more day you will get all coins at base price. I think one more time the bitcoin price will come under $3k if it comes then we see a huge drop in all alts. Make ready your money and buy when you feel the price is very low but buy only good coins don't invest in shit coins.

You can buy any altcoin at any time since value will depend on the demand of an altcoin. If i have a capital I'll definitely buy an altcoin which is not yet known in the market, why? because I know for a fact that if I'll hold it in the future the value will grow/increase. I think its a good time to grab some cheap alts. But watch out what you grab, a lot of alts coin still go down more. Right now a lot of alts are going down with bitcoin,  I believe bitcoin might still go down further, so if  you ant to trade any con now, always remember to use stop, it not advisable to bag coin, when you can recover your lost on another coin asap and make more profit.

Also, end of year is closing and some people will sell to acquire money for holidays. That will affect the market too.

Some cryptos are at their all time lows though. So maybe it is a good time to buy, at least for those.

May go lower because of the panic sellers and big-time opportunists like JP Morgan. The lowest point of this fall is the right time to buy alts, especially the ones which are having a great potential in the future and real-life applications. Electroneum is getting a huge support from so many newcomers and experts, am feeling to invest more into it.

okcash and trig is up and down too often and now is in okcash is up again after its down yesterday but for trig is down for a while but i think it wil up again. there is many coins we can choose to buy and hold it because its only the matter until we see the price is increase again. just wait and don't missed the time.
