i see price dropping for most of top alts, is it right time to buy? or wait ?

The question is will alts fall in the short term. I think some ETH alts might because of the coming fork. Also I think there is still the bitcoin issue in November, so that might cause the whole market to fall again.

Yes and you never know when the price of altcoin will start pumping so if you have invested in good coins and if you manage to hold it longer then you can surely expect some great profits from it.

Yes, it’s the right time to buy because it is still in its lower price meaning the coins that you will buy is affordable, so the more you have these coins and suddenly it pumps and return to its hiking price, wow lucky you, you can trade it in the higher price.

Right time to buy alts is when bitcoin is at long term lows and nobody is talking about it. Picking up LTC @ 0.002 kinda prices etc.  Right now people are very excited about crypto its best to hold bitcoin to preserve your crypto wealth with the least effort.  Holding alts right now means you'd need heavy research daily.

I suppose everyone has their own strategy, I prefer to do the opposite, now that bitcoin has such huge prices, I think right now is the time to buy altcoins, the price of most altcoins has been crashing when it comes to bitcoin so even if the altcoins have still something close to their older prices in terms of dollars you can get them way cheaper with your bitcoin.

Prices would still drop but it's a good time to buy. This is the only time now that etherium and litecoin didn't go with the price of bitcoin. For the past weeks when bitcoin price went down these two alt coin prices went down also, now that bitcoin is shooting up eth and ltc are still down. It's very hard to predict what will happen next.

there are only two times when i ever buy an altcoin:

1. when i see a recent history of stable price with it staying at a reasonable range with little fluctuations and then leading to a big pump. i buy before the pump happens to sell on top.

2. when there is a huge dump and price tanks hard. that is a good short term investment. you buy in the dip after the dump slowed down and finished and hope you did well speculating and sell in a very short time after it recovered (also known as Dead Cat Bounce).

The right time to buy altcoins should not depend on the price of Bitcoin .It is the right time to buy  when you have your strategies in place. Remember not all coins are good investment .You look for coins trading below value  and review their price history.Purchase as much as you can afford and wait for the time when the value will go up. Most altcoins are on a down low lately and i am pretty sure it will soon pump so while you're at it, better but some and try to hold on to it for a while. And if you are holding some coins right now, be patient and wait a little while. It will rise soon.

Yes i think so, the condition price of all altcoins at this time seems to be right to buy altcoins before the price goes back higher. And i'm sure all altcoins prices are likely to increase further later. For me personally i still holding some altcoins that i have and stay patient waiting for the price to increasing again.

i think it's not always happening like that, it's very possible that bitcoin prices go up, the price of an altcoin also goes up, you can see the current bitcoin price is rising now but certain altcoin prices like NEO, DGB, Verge have increased price. so your logic is not always true, the key is look for potential coins and look for the right moment when you want to buy as the upward trend or when the price of coin is down
