This article has good info about where we are aiming.

Blockchain technology could benefit the Nigerian banking system using a form of "crypto-collateral."

It's just an other real estate coin then ? It seems like it's all what people can do with blockchain nowadays, and on 60 real estate projects, only 2 are still alive

But this is the first backed by an OFFICIAL government which is a HUGE plus! Check out this recent article on the collateral registry attracting over 16,000 statements of more than 20,000 moveable assets! Mix this in the crypto world and it could seriously benefit the world.

Check out "The New Beginning" of the Nigerian government and how land control and be regulated in a beneficial way!

“In short, the clamour for re-structuring is more than a clamour for the reform of our governmental structures. This is only its primary focus. In its wider, more fundamental focus, it is a call for Nigeria to “make a new beginning” under a new Constitution approved and adopted by the people at a Referendum, a new politico-legal order that will cleanse the country of the rottenness that pervades it and enable to “chart a road map for its destiny” or what has been referred to as “re-structuring of the mind.”

The extension of federal power to the control of land. Land title is now largely exclusive to the Federal Government, for not only is the Land Use Act 1978 entrenched in the Constitution (s.315(5)), but also its provisions are to “continue to have effect as federal enactments and as if they related to matters included in the Exclusive Legislative List set out in Part 1 of the Second Schedule to this Constitution.”

The Oyo State Government has called on landowners to release their idle lands to investors for cultivation so as to boost the state’s agricultural development.

hmm same shit name with minereum nd timeneum hope this domineum will outshine both mne nd tmn

Great things are coming! As far as differences, Minerium is a project focusing on self-mining smart contracts as Domineum focuses on land registry, starting in Nigeria. As far as Timeneum, there isn't enough information to conclude a synopsis.

Andhra Pradesh Partners with Chromaway to Develop Blockchain Land Registry!

"The Indian state of Andhra Pradesh is working with startup ChromaWay on a land registry pilot that uses blockchain to track the ownership of property.

The state government has been exploring a number of uses for blockchain in recent months, and in September it inked a separate partnership with startup WISekey related to identity solutions. Andhra Pradesh is one of several regional governments in India to look into applications of the tech, and land registries – systems used to keep track of who owns what property – have been highlighted by other governments worldwide as one area in which the technology could lead to improved services.

The test platform being built with Sweden-based ChromaWay is part of the Fintech Valley Vizag initiative launched by the southeast Indian state.

According to the parties involved, it utilizes a distributed ledger on the back-end and a straightforward web-app front end, which provides "radically transparent access to data," according to ChromaWay."
