And i was seeing the post history and made almost 100 post just in two days to spamming the forum and "change" signature bounty.

The manager looks didn't care about the participant. The system should be changed by the manager.

Yeah... it doesn't make sense for the user to have made 94 total replies within the past 19 hours (as of this post). They seem to be just creating vague replies or agreement statements in the altcoin section, which can't really be monitored well. It's likely that the manager doesn't care about the participants, as is the case with most ICOs.

It seems strange however that the user is posting so frequently. They gain no additional benefit from it as the payment is fixed/week.

I think that you should report this specific case to a moderator. I don't really tag anyone because of this unless there is some other basis as well.
