Nice find OP, It certainly looks like all these accounts are being posted by bots or posted by a human in a fishy manner. All accounts all have a 6 minute restriction between posts (at least for the lower ranks), and all these accounts have posts almost every 6 minutes to the second. I think it would be best for the community if you name these ICOs in the sake of making the community a cleaner place. However, that is up to you. ICOs that rely on bots to bump their threads cannot be relied on as it shows untrustworthy behaviour to their investors.
