The only ones I know right now are nitrogensports, stake.gg and fairlay.com. Since you asked for reputable I'm not sure if I can recommend you stake.gg. Not saying there is anything wrong with this site, the only problem for me, is that I only recently got to know it, so I still need to wait a little longer and see how users rate it. The other two are here for long, and normally have good feedback so I think you should be fine on either of those two.

I'm using those two:

Nitrogen and Fairlay. Both are not requiring document and have esports betting. But they are offering only big esports events, skipping the small ones.

There are few other bookies around but I don't trust them.

Not aware of such sites but i am sure there would be some definitely or it would be in people's mind as the big event is coming by next year. People all around the world are interested in betting in this event,i think this event will break all previous records of bettings.

I never know that jetwin is still exist, I believe their thread has not been updated so long time ago and I seldom see any reviews on jetwin too so I thought that they already vanished here, and yet you still recommended for this.
