It has nothing to do with the weekends, maybe it is just because some users of bitcoin are getting their payments at weekends, and they usually convert it to fiat to use it for their lives. It is also because bitcoin is not yet widely used in real life, in stores. And bitcoin's price dropping is because of the panic sellers who are afraid to lose money. Being greedy.

Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

Is there any reason why the btc price is dropping again? Im keep checking the news and i cant find anything which could be the reason of a 200€+ drop in the last day...

Also, it looks like the bitcoin is always dropping fridays / over the weekend?

Not sure what exactly but imo it should be something to do with the fact that there are rumors going on that china is going to ban everything bitcoin related including mining and transacting on the network, and not just trading bitcoin.

This remains FUD and unconfirmed. I do not think that this has anything to do with Fridays/weekends.

Anyways, great time to load up a few coins if you have the fiat.

Its looks like my initial assumption that bitcoin will slowly go down because of the government shutting down the operation of local exchanges has been proven wrong. Because the price of bitcoin is touch $3800 again. The China effect is no more. While Dimon bashes bitcoin again. The price didn't react negatively, but instead go up a few percentage. And I think the factor that offset the negative news is that Charlie Lee tweeted that according to his source, bitcoin mining will not be close by the Government. If this is true and China confirms it, then the price could go as high as $5000 again. We need to wait and see if Charlie is correct.

Look what happen to price in last few month every time when weekend start price is slowly recovers and every time is that same path.
Its not just that some are get payed usually is 1st or 15th but not so middle in the month.

As for greed this is something that is bound to us all people we are greedy and we will always be greedy and wanting more and more, its our nature.

panic is a normal thing of course. and partly influenced by the need for someone to withdraw bitcoin to the local currency. because it can affect about the number of bitcoin requests in an exchanges. if noticed, the more people who need bitcoin it will make the price increase and when many people who sell bitcoin the bitcoin price will decrease. there is a natural scheme that always happens and is seen in bitcoin market.

It's just a coincidence that the price bitcoin is dumping on weekends. But on my observation from Monday - Wednesday this is the most crucial days of the week because the dumps are happening on these said days. But there's no proof on it as the market is depending on the current demand and supply as well as the good news and bad news that are popping out from different sources.

The price of bitcoin is now 3600 dollars , last few days the price of bitcoin is 4000 dollars the price decrease 400 dollars. If you want to buy bitcoin you can buy now and for sure you will earn a lot of profit in the future. But invest only you can afford to lose because we dont know what thw exact price of bitcoin in the next few days or month. I hope the pricd will increase so we can make profit.

It went $3,800 and it started to land at $3,600 and no more falls so that this can be a very good stable price for bitcoin at the moment.

-snip-
So this is the reason now why the price is falling again? Is anyone here is mad at what Dimon's doing? He surely is the demon of crypto currency.
we cant do nothing with this person but its he's way to make profits, just speculating about his stand maybe he's frustrated that he's business start being ruined or his part of the whale club which trying really crash the market and to hold more btc, its hard to predict where's direction will be heading but one
thing is for sure risk taker will take much bigger earnings in the long run if project succeed.

Yeah he wants to make profit out of his false information and this guy should stop hallucinating. Maybe he thinks that he can buy more bitcoins at a super dip.

It's a win-win situation for him, because he spread wrong information then his business will be back to normal and at the same time he got more cheaper coins.

I hope that McAfee will stop this crazy guy if not, there is something now that's stopping bitcoin to increase.
