The most of the replies i have seen in this thread, are bad suggestions.

has had some complaints in the past, so i wouldn't trust them at all if possible. I wouldn't touch NortonVPN either, because they do not have that much of a userbase and history like other providers. I recommend
Private Internet Access personally, because they are trusted and a old provider, keep no logs as proved
on a court case, cost only 40$ a year, accept bitcoin, and have reliable servers, accept peer-to-peer. They are a great provider, which you probably want to go for, since they actually care about your privacy unlike most providers do.
