Bitcoins price is constantly fluctuating and there are times it stays around a certain price for some time. I think the OP wanted to convert or sell his BCC when Bitcoins price went up. Was waiting for it to go around $4400 but it had stay low for a couple of days.

I'm just curious cause i thought that btc price would go up at around 4500 value. I traded these days at the 3850-4100 values and now i'm "stuck" in BCC.
After recovered from the last bearish marketing that happened the first week and second week of last month I think price is making a correction and from there gather momentum for further upwards movement. I have been following the market using candlestick formation and I can said in long run we are in upwards trend. |

I also predicted that this would happen. It is just because someone told me that this would happen. He told me that he will sell all his bitcoins at 10/02/2017(mm/dd/yy). And I took his idea out of it, and before that dip I sold all my btc. And bought some at the dip. I took a small profit but who cares its still a profit. |

Don't expect it, well we can predict it some dips and pumps after the news like the Korean's now are banning ICO's which is similar in chinese news before. Its better to hold your bitcoins and always buy in dip that is simple and a big profit after the price of bitcoin surge a new price. Yes it is better to hold bitcoin now because sure it will come up again and reach new ath and avoid panic because it is just a normal move in the market were people join the flow of the market based on the news and pump it again as they want. Really, at this stage, the best thing to do is just to hold most especially for traders who may not really want to get their hands dirty too much or does not have the mind to take the little sharp fluctuations it brings with it. Apparently, soon, there are still some awaiting news, and I am sure some of this news may really help the boost of it back up to where China panic selling brought it down from and even more. |

I thought the same thing and this costed me a lot by losing much usdt after that mistaken buy orders. I regret for it, we could have waited for more time to buy from more dip, but we didn't do anyway. It is not about losing if you are losing then you are completly learning about the things so i would prefer that you are not losing inside you are getting things to understand so i prefer that you are learning from mistakes. I will agree to what all you have said. I think the most important thing in the world of business is your experience. Suffering a loss is quite a normal thing, the thing which is more important that you should not repeat the very same mistake in the future, you need to learn from your mistakes in order to get success in your life. It is all about the experience and we are meant to always learn from every bit of it. We cannot always have a win win situation all the time and even in real life, it happens. The most important thing is to learn, improve on our decisions for next time and for every good reasons, it surely always amount to happiness from the success we end up having. |

The long and awaiting news has come mate. The minor price dip is over, the price is sharply speaking starting yesterday and today it is climbing to $6200. Really good to return this kind of thread though, and see the thoughts of other during that kind of situation. But we have overcome it somehow. So if someone heed your advise and just hodl, then they are very happy by now seeing the price today. There's no really need to panic in case of a price dip, the market can continue to go on parabolic forever, some point in time we need this healthy price correction leading to a price consolidation and then towards a good price surge. |
