I will try to answer all the comments in one go...

If the Soft Cap is not reached, all sent ETH will be returned back (minus Gas).

Yes.  It is going to be an exchange and payment gateway.

The exchange is tailored to address a very large numbe of new ICOs and tokens that are comming up in the MENA region (Middle East & North Africa).
In order to enable these new business that are issuing thier own tokens, SharaChain exchange will be thier to, promote offer their tokens.
This is also one of the reasons, Arabic would be one of the first languages supported on the exchange.

Similarly, the payment gateway is for the local business who will start accepting crypto as a form of payment and for business that are issuing their own tokens as well...
