The whole data remains in the server of the blockchain algorithm  . The api of tracking transaction is available easily , so you can track Transaction at another third party websites also like explorer .
Here all the database are stored in blockchain Wallet .
Here you can access all the details of transaction in your mobile by putting the adress of transaction  of btc .

The public ledger keeps track of all bitcoin transactions. It is a semi-anon only though and if somebody gets your alpha-numerical address they can trace it back to you.
