How do i read the full tweet its cut off, and that link they leave takes me to something called zendesk

When did they tweet this? There has been speculation of alt currencies at Gox for some time now but seems they still cant manage btc traffic.

emm they tweet this all the time like a copy paste tweet or something you can see on their twitter.

My questions is more to do with what that link is and whys it take me to something called zendesk + how to i read these tweets in full there is clearly more words to them.
