Hello. Am new to this forum and to bitcoin as well (April 2013). I am not a developer just a user and well-wisher to all those who are trying to develop areas relating to this new technology.

Started out using Bitcoin-Central exchange which shut down after 2 cyber attacks. My bitcoins and Euros were all refunded quite promptly, although I had a few anxious moments. So would use again if company restarts to give it support. Have just looked on their site and there is new message that it is restarting.

Has anyone any comments about it?
