what are the bandwidth requirements for running your own mining pool?

Does anyone know what are the bandwidth requirements for running your own mining pool with p2pool or like a normal pool website site stratum?

Waht sort of outbound and inbound connect speeds do you need per miner/mhash for sha256 pool and what speeds per miner/khash for scrypt pool?

Just thinking about running a p2pool perhaps but interested in normal website stratum pools as well.
