I remember that at my old job I checked "Forever" when logging in the first time. I would like to destroy that session remotely from my Bitcointalk profile, so nobody can login from that computer anymore.
Is this possible?

In order to get the maximum amount of activity points possible, you just need to post once per day on average. Skipping days is OK as long as you maintain the average.

Is this possible? I believe changing your password will do that.

Don't know much about SMF but in some forum softwares, if you change your password, session will get killed. edit: Tysat ninja'ed me.

All other sessions are destroyed when you log in. There can only be one active session at a time.

Uh, nope. I'm logged in simultaneously on my phone, desktop and laptop.

Uh, nope. I'm logged in simultaneously on my phone, desktop and laptop. Confirmed. Neither logging in nor logging out has any effect on other sessions.

OK, I'll have to figure out how it actually works and make it behave sensibly.

I like how it works right now. A log out perhaps should log out all your sessions. I do not want to have to log in again and again on my different computers and devices.

Same, I regularly use three different devices. If logging in from one logs me from from another that will be annoying.

Maybe implementing an option in the profile, where as, an email confirmation is needed, to have it be changed? That way, it gives the user ultimate choice of security and power user of what the member wants. Say like, one person wants it to only have one session, while another wants what you and tradefortrss wants. Make an option, only changeable via email confirmation for added security.

I like the session management that Gmail offers. You just get an overview of all IP's/locations you have logged in ever. Then you can also just destroy each session you want to.
