Never used EtherDelta, but in my opinion it's safer to store coins in different wallets. You avoid to be scammed of all your coin supply

You can set your own price on ED, it depends on the demand. It is a decentralized exchange, that means that no one can actually control any of the movements or even prices of the tokens.

The good thing is that everything is in smart contract and the owner cannot run away with your money, but you have to spend gas for every order you fill.

I think wearing etherdelta is safe, and do not worry,
although using a private key developer will not scam

I use EtherDetla often. It is a wonky site and not particularly user friendly. I suggest watching a few Youtube videos on using the site.

I want to sell a token that hasn't been listed on major exchanges yet but I heard that it was available on etherdelta . Before I sell their I have a question , will the price of the token I'm going to sell be what the token's creator set it to be or will it be higher or lower than that? btw I'm talking about Authorship Tokens
You just wanna  sell scam token, The price goes as long as with how many order in there, But just try to clicking on the order list and you will be able to sell your ats token and that was very easy to try.
But as long as you still have the private key and the address of your ethereum. The result will depend how much the best order for ats token.

ED has inherent problems most in this thread are glossing over. It has a bad reputation because of its terrible UI. But the UI isn't actually that bad. Once you understand how to work their system the UI is actually fine. What isn't is the terrible lag the system has. You spend gas for every transaction unsurprisingly, however because the system has major delays its not uncommon to literally BURN money trying to buy or sell an order only to get a popup that you missed it and the UI just hasn't updated yet.

Spend enough time there and you will literally light money on fire on missed and canceled transactions. Horrible.

It however is a gateway to a lot of new and unknown coins that you may want to access early making it a necessary evil for now.

Etherdelta is one of the exchanges that are already offering tokens for trading even if these tokens are very new, some even are still in their ICO stages. When the token is already offered to Etherdelta it is not anymore priced according to how it is valued during the ICO since the demand as well as buy and sell are already affecting it.

i won't recommending to used etherdelta because its too complicated and confusing if we want to sell or buy, i'd better to wait another time or if the coin it is list on hitbtc, then i will send it to hitbtc. i have bad experience with etherdelta, in my case i want to sell my coin but i don't know why, my coin is not placed on order sell, i asked my friend and he is confuse too and now, i don't know what i suppose to do. i let my coin in etherdelta until now and i let it away in that site. i never use etherdelta again.

Usually the ICO price is different when the tokens had been distributed already or right after the ICO has been distributed to the bounty participants. And usually it is lower than the ICO price too.
This was definitely true, Most of the time base on what I saw after the ICO the token that they are going top sell in the trade was totaly cheap, so majority of their investors are hodling their coin token for a short term wating a little bit to get increase at the price where during ICO was very expensive.

I think this site is really very complicated !  Huh you have to be very careful if you want to sell something
the good on the side is the almost all erc20 münzen are to be found there and also buy and sell
you just have to pay attention well where the comma comes, otherwise a lot of money is gone
hitbtc and coinexchange is much easier

Ive found this is legit I must say okay to trade this site. Though at first trading in etherdelta is hard and difficult but later on you will know how to trade. Yes at first with complication and need more development so others can easily used this exchange.

Etherdelta is a great trading platform. However, it's hard sometimes to buy on big volume.

I use etherdelta..Although their sites are very slow, they are very good. Because their security is very strong. There are many benefits to buy coins from this site. Can be bought at a much lower rate
