Hello my friends,

I would like to expose a situation that has been occurring with Martexcoin (MXT), currency with Brazilian team that was announced in this topic:

Announcement:  https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1354130.0

Forum   https://martexcoin.org/forum
Github   https://github.com/martexcoin/martexcoin
Slack Group   http://martexcoin.org/slack.php
Telegram Group   https://t.me/martexcoin
Twitter   http://www.twitter.com/MarteXcoin
Website   https://martexcoin.org

and who has been suffering from the frauds of YOBIT since its launch in this exchange. If it is not a fraud, it is at least the biggest neglect of an exchange that was properly paid, to make an update of the wallet, and did not complete the service. That's right friends, we pay for a service that should be free, as it happens infrequently and in extremely abnormal cases.

However, I will not go into the merits of the service being paid, because the owner knows what he should do in his exchange. What we can not accept is paid for a service and simply be cheated.

The facts I'll expose right below and let a responsible person manifest.

In my personal account, I have exactly 44,619.9824 MXT. That equals exactly 33.7982 BTC. But I have information from the entire Brazilian community that the total amount of coins held by YOBIT exceeds 100,000 MXT.

As you can see in the image below the requests started on November 14, 2016, and were being made until we paid on September 12, 2017.

Then I reopened the support ticket with the same YOBIT code (YOBIT462882B1CDB4587F3DAE08BTC)

My only motivation is to remove our coins from there. If another person wants to continue trading our currencies in this exchange, it will be something individual, but I will not do it any more.

I would suggest them to fix these issues, because the negative feedbacks are not the only consequences, which YoBit may need to deal with. Trust me when saying that victims and scam busters are not the only ones who are reading this board.

Thank you for your support. Since November 2016, when we made the first request to update the portfolio.

I will not give up. I am willing to seek the laws and justice so that yobit is obliged to return my coins. An exchange can not do what it wants. Do not commit crimes and think you will be free.

I believe that great pressure from influential members like you can work. And if in any case fails, I am going to bring international justice. Theft is a crime in any country, even in a tax haven.

Hello friends,

I come here to inform you that yobit allowed withdrawals from our currencies. Although the wear has been very large, I now believe they are extremely disorganized. But not thieves. I am sad to acknowledge this fact, because it would be a place where I would like to negotiate a lot.

Be alert to never give up birgar to have your requests met.

Hello Friend,

First of all, thank you for your support, without which there would be no success.

Yes, I removed almost 45 thousand coins from it and the whole Brazilian community as well.

It was very exhausting, I had many discussions with the ADM (dominikherzog) but at the end of it was solved. At some point we also sent PM to (BlackSmith) although it never manifested itself.

That's nice to hear, because the value of these coins was pretty high. Good luck!

Cheers,

Is dominigherzog admin of yobit? DO you have direct contact details to him? I'm interested to find them. No response for support ticket. Wallets under constant maintenance, so I guess it is time to start chasing yobit admins in real world. So, they don't think they can hide behind monitor.
