Unfortunately, this post was from someone who doesn't know how to follow instructions.
When someone signs up for my bootcamp with bitcoin, my team manually creates their access for the program.
This person purchased on Saturaday, and saw a confirmation page that says please give us one business day to add the order. Here's the link:
https://skillincubator.com/bitcoin-thank-you/Also, when they emailed support they got an auto-response saying "This email is to let you know that we have received your message and will be in touch shortly. Our business hours are Monday-Friday 9am EST through 5pm EST."
I have called in my support team today (Sunday) to make sure we refund this person's payment. After being in the crypto community since 2013, it's insane to think we would take a payment from someone and never respond.
We have emailed this person to obtain a bitcoin address to refund their payment.
