You can write your username on a piece of paper along with the timestamp and take a picture with it along side everything so no one can easily do it. I dont see why you want it in private unless you have something to hide. Simply putting a certificate out in the public will allow people to validate everything as well and give you more possibly lenders, though the issue also is that even having a certificate isnt enough since for all we know, you might've also took it from online somewhere, or you could have a fake certificate. Lenders would usually have to have everything validated once it comes into their hand (or if an escrow is used), which add additional cost to validate it.

Also, to quickly comment, its to late to say you want to be considered as a new member. If you wanted to be considered as one, you shouldnt have mentioned about an old account, but since you did, people will think you either are lying, that you have a negative feedback on the old account, or your old account has been sold.
