Which ico do you think can rival bitcoin?

if I analyze then there is currently no ICO that can compete with bitcoin. bitcoin is the main digital currency that has a very high power. even ICOs with good prospects can not necessarily rival the value that bitcoin can produce. it may take a very long time to develop a project / altcoin that can match the bitcoin value. for me now bitcoin has become the best and yet there are other things that can be bitcoin competitors.

I am so much agreed on you sir, even how much good to their unique services offered they have but still when it comes to the price value bitcoin prevails among all the altcoins in cryptocurrency.

A good investment is in something that solves a problem, eliminates costs or saves time.

Many projects are trying to put anything and everything onto the blockchain.  Most are searching for a problem to solve.

Cryptos are good for some applications, but not all.  It's good for:

*  transferring value (currency)
*  storing value  (Bitcoin competing against gold)
*  eliminating fees  (remittances such as Western Union, gambling fees)
*  saving time  (remittances, payments, multi-day wire transfers and withdrawals from gambling sites)
*  prevention of confiscation or theft  (don't store your money in banks or centralized places)

If the benefit of putting something on a blockchain is not clearly evident, then don't invest.

as new coins comes with the offers to public audience with the delivery of goods and service as the returns with the developer works on compromising arrange as the use of different subjects of completion,

so far no ico is a bitcoin rival. bitcoin is the main role of all coin all need bitcoin they can live without coin ico but not with bitcoin. fore may have been rivals that have been designed like erc20 but it has not been seen as a heavy opponent on bitcoin

How do you expect an ICO to challenge bitcoin? Bitcoin in my opinion is altogether in a different league. Even Etherium i do not think will surpass the prices of bitcoin. Bitcoin is value of storage and money both. And all other alts are mostly based on Etherium network. In few years or months most of the top 100 coins at coinmarketcap will not even exist.

You have a very relevant point.

But,

5 years ago, did you see Bitcoin being what it is today? There are ICOs out there that plan on changing the world (like us) and the potential for success increases day by day. Along with success, comes returns. If you knew an ICO would grow like Bitcoin did, you would invest no questions asked and there are ICOs out there that have the potential to surpass Bitcoin.

A lot of people really do wonder about that, as a matter of fact, i have seen a good number of questions like yours both here in this forum and other forums I’ve been in. Even in social media sites. And my answer is always no. No altcoin will ever replace bitcoin. That’s just for me though, because i trust bitcoin more than any other coins out there in terms of survival. Because it clearly has gone through a lot all throughout it’s history and always came out of any adversity like a boss(which it really is) and turned out even better than it was. Plus I love the history behind the coin. And i respect it so much as much as i respect satoshi. Although i may invest in some promising ICOs, bitcoin will still be on top for me.

There is no ICO which can take over bitcoin in future as bitcoin is the strongest and powerful currency and no altcoin or ICO can replace bitcoin or be an threat to it and if you want sure shot profits on your investments then you should go for investing only in bitcoins.

Firstly, the ICOs are not trying to be Bitcoin rival.
Secondly, we can’t compare Bitcoin with Altcoin. Each coin has their own usage purpose.

So, I will say no, no ICO is Bitcoin rival.

I agree with you here! Bitcoin cant be compared as rival in history with Icos or other altcoins, or other crypto space projects. But Icos or other good altcoins or new blockchains based projects can be very profitable / good investment options, even if they arent opponents or be compared with Btc.

There are some good Altcoins but none of them can compete with bitcoin.

It's not realistic to think that any ICO will rival bitcoin anytime soon, but there are some good ones coming up that I think will be around for a while.

Check out dragonchain and kyber. Both of these look really cool.

About "Good investment" subject I recomand to analize few vital signs about the posible  good investments in crypto-currency projects.
- people that is in back of the project need to be tehnical and bussines prepared to do what they claim to do with their idea of the project.
- project need to have practicaly value not just to offer you a promise to be rich tomorow if you join in their Icos or to promot tham.
- project need to have community oriented control of their coins, not devs have more percents of the supply.

There is no ico currently that can rival the king(Bitcoin). I doubt any ico can ever rival the king since bitcoin is a phenomenal coin that cannot be compared with any other crypto coin.

i don't think it's whether a coin will replace btc but more of what will co-exist with btc long term.
