rx580 bios limited to 1500 straps?

i noticed that my gigabyte aorus rx580's bios seems to be limited to 1500 mhz. I've used various bios editors and bios extraction tools and bios editors only shows up to 1500. there's no entry/line for 1750,2000, 2250.

bios version is f11.

can i safely flash a bios version from the same card from anorak.tech that has a mem strap entry for 1750, 2000 ?

Specify the exact model or type of memory your card.

P.S.
Information that cannot be changed straps below 1500 refers to the fact that low straps will allow the graphic card to boot in 2D mode and not turn it into a "brick".

What kind of software is that on the screenshot? And btw any Windows OS has a built-in program called "Snipping Tool" which makes proper screenshots instead of that mess of a shot you attached. You might want to use that in the future. For flashing Polaris cards all you need is atiflash to save the bios and flash it back, and PolarisBiosEditor to edit the timings, clocks and voltages. Can you take a screenshot of your bios opened with it?

if you ask if you can safely can i safely flash a bios version from the same card from anorak. of course it could .. but it could have failed and caused the death of the GPU you have .. you should find another way that does not risk your tool damage
